1. Basic Concepts

Acrylic fiber packing braided from high strength acrylic fiber with PTFE impregnated twice

time. It has excellent properties of sealing, lubricating and resistant to chemical. The acrylic

packing can be with or without oil. High elastic red silicone rubber core can absorb vibration.

2.Advantages of Acrylic fiber packing

Protects equipment and shafts: Soft, low-friction fibers prevent scratching of stainless steel or carbon steel pump shafts, significantly reducing costs associated with shaft sleeve wear.

Wear-resistant and durable: Offers a service life far exceeding that of ramie or cotton-flax packings, even in high-speed water flows or sewage containing silt and sand.

Easy installation and maintenance: Soft texture allows for manual cutting; easy to assemble in stuffing boxes and requires infrequent maintenance.

Clean and eco-friendly: Free from asbestos, heavy metals, and black dust; the preferred choice for the food processing and clean water industries.

Affordable pricing: Lower cost than pure PTFE or aramid packings; offers the best value for money in standard water-handling applications.

Excellent resilience and sealing: Resists permanent deformation under pressure and automatically compensates for minor leakage.

3.Main Types of Acrylic fiber packing

Water Treatment: Tap water plants, wastewater treatment plants, circulating water systems, seawater desalination pumps, water purification equipment (food-grade compliant)

Papermaking & Textile Dyeing: Pulp pumps, dyeing wastewater pumps, equipment for transporting mildly acidic or alkaline dyes

HVAC & Refrigeration: Cooling water pumps, chilled brine pumps, central air-conditioning circulation pumps

Petroleum & Light Industry: Pumps for lubricating oil, diesel, and light solvents; low-pressure valves

Food & Beverage: Water processing facilities, pumps for fruit juice and beer (dust-free operation)

Municipal & Marine: Marine seawater pumps, water supply and drainage valves
