Product Features

1. This valve utilizes a triple-offset sealing structure; there is virtually no wear between the valve seat and the butterfly plate, and the sealing performance improves as the valve closes tighter.

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, combining the advantages of both metal-to-metal hard sealing and elastic sealing; it offers excellent sealing performance at both low and high temperatures, as well as corrosion resistance and a long service life.

3. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is hard-faced with cobalt-based alloy, ensuring wear resistance and durability.

4. Large-sized butterfly plates feature a truss structure, providing high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.

5. This valve offers bidirectional sealing capabilities; installation is not restricted by the direction of media flow or spatial orientation, allowing for installation in any position.

6. The actuating mechanism can be mounted in multiple positions (rotating 90° or 180°), offering convenience for the user.
