Flexible Graphite tape is cut from Flexible graphite rolls by CNC Lather which offers excellent sealing capabilities under extreme conditions. 

WEITEN Graphite tape has excellent tensile strength, compressibility, and recovery. It is the Best Filler Material for making spiral wound gaskets, comm-profile gaskets, Graphite packing rings, Corrugated graphite tapes.

2. Main features

Flexible Graphite tape for spiral wound gasket has excellent heat resistance and cold resistance, excellent chemical corrosion and good self -lubricating. It has hign rebound rate, and is easy to use and low cost. 

It can be used from -250°C to 650°C based on setting up as well as performing condition

3.Application 

Filler for spiral wound gaskets. 

In-situ pump and valve gland packing. 

Manufacture of graphite die-formed rings. 

Facing material for comprofile type gaskets. 

Filler for metal jacketed type gaskets.

Thickness: 0.3mm-1.5mm 

Width: 5.6~6.0 mm for 4.5 mm gasket, 3.9~4.3 mm for 3.2 mm gasket
