Skived PTFE sheet


Skived PTFE sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic sheet made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin, which is pressed and sintered into cylindrical blanks and then skived on a precision lathe. It has excellent chemical stability, electrical insulation and extremely low friction coefficient, and is widely used in sealing, insulation, corrosion protection and lubrication.

Main characteristics of Skived PTFE sheet

1.Excellent high and low temperature resistance

Wide operating temperature range (-180°C ~ +260°C), physical properties can still be kept stable at high temperature.

2.Excellent corrosion resistance

Can withstand almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, salts and organic solvents.

3.Extremely low friction coefficient

The lowest friction coefficient among all solid materials, suitable for self-lubricating and anti-friction applications.

4.Excellent electrical insulation performance

High dielectric strength, excellent electrical insulation performance, widely used in high-frequency and high-voltage environments.

5.Strong non-stickiness

Extremely low surface tension, liquids and solids are difficult to adhere, easy to clean.

6.Non-toxic, physiologically inert

Can be used in high-demand industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and medical care.

Width: Standard 600mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, up to 1500mm

Length: Can be sliced or rolled (thin specifications)
